The Order Menu Overview

Find all Order functions by selecting the Orders menu. Process transactions through Order Entry by selecting the Order icon or use the F1 function key. Select the menu title to learn more about each option available.

Orders

Access Action Items- View Pending or create Action Items for Customers.

Access Open Orders- All Point of Sale transactions, sales and returns, are entered through Orders.

Access Dispatching- When enabled, displays all open retail, feed and assembly orders providing one location to confirm orders, enter expected and completed delivery dates.

Access Closed Orders- View information regarding a closed order.

Access Master Bookings- Use Master Bookings as a method to view and modify Bookings for a customer.

Create Special Order- Create a Special Order for a customer for items that are not normally stocked

View Special Order- View a list of Special Orders and the associated Purchase Order, Order Entry and Prepaid.

Access Split Orders- Search for any Split Order.

Select the Fuel Sales menu to import and view Fuel Sales.

Access the Gift Cards menu to activate, add value, or view activity for Gift Cards.

View the Layaways menu to learn the functions available for customer Layaways.

 

Bookings

Access Master Bookings- Use Master Bookings as a method to view and modify Bookings for a customer.

Access Open Bookings or select the Booking icon or the F5 function key.- Bookings are reservations with a customer for items at an agreed upon price.

Access Open Seed Bookings- View information regarding Seed Bookings.

Access Completed Bookings- View all completed Bookings.

 

Prepaids

Access Open Prepaids or select the Prepaid icon or the F4 function key.- Prepaids are a customer deposit on account for the purchase of items and services

Access Closed Prepaids- View all Completed Prepaids

 

Customer Payment

Enter Customer Payment- Enter a Customer Payment

 

Cash Drawer

No Sale- Open a cash drawer.

Drawer Withdrawals- Record any withdrawal from a cash drawer.
